1. What services do you offer?
We offer courier and runner services including same-day delivery, overnight shipping, cross-border deliveries between South Africa and Zimbabwe, and local errands.

2. How do I book a delivery?
Simply go to our Booking Page, fill in your details, choose your package size, and submit the form. If applicable, our banking details will appear for payment.

3. What if I choose a custom package size?
No payment is required upfront for custom sizes. An agent will contact you with a quote based on your package details and delivery location.

4. Where do you operate?
We operate in South Africa and Zimbabwe — including Johannesburg, Harare, Bulawayo, Plumtree, and surrounding areas. We offer both domestic and cross-border services.

5. Can I drop off or must you collect?
You can either:

Drop off your parcel at one of our depots

Or select the “Pickup” option and we’ll collect it from your chosen location

6. How much do deliveries cost?

Minimimum charge of R200 for cross border

Custom-sized packages are quoted individually.

7. How do I become a delivery partner?
Go to our Partner With Us page, fill out the application form, and upload the required documents. You must own your vehicle, be over 18, and have a valid driver’s licence.

8. Do you insure packages?
Yes, all deliveries are insured. We take every precaution to ensure your parcel arrives safely and securely.
